How do I send my images?
Use the quote form for a few samples, or share a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link for larger orders.
How is the price calculated?
Per image, based on how complex the edit is. Every service has a simple, medium and complex price, and you get an exact quote before any work starts.
How fast will I get my images back?
Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours. Large orders are delivered in batches, and rush delivery is available on request.
Are revisions really free?
Yes. If an image does not match your instructions, we redo it at no charge.
Which file formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, PSD, TIFF and RAW files from all major cameras. We return any format you need.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice after you approve the quote. Regular clients can switch to monthly invoicing.
Are my images kept private?
Yes. We use your files only to complete your order and never share or publish them without permission.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes: 10% off from 100 images, and custom pricing from 1,000 images.
Services
Is a clipping path better than an automatic cutout?
For product photos, yes. Automatic tools blur edges and miss gaps. A hand-drawn path stays sharp at any size and can be reused later.
When do I need masking instead of a clipping path?
Whenever the edge is soft or see-through: hair, fur, fluffy fabric, glass. Hard-edged products only need a path.
What photos do I need to send?
One shot on the mannequin and one of the inside back/neck area. We will send a short shooting guide if you need one.
Will my images pass Amazon's requirements?
We prepare main images to Amazon's published guidelines: pure white background, product only, correct fill and size.
How many brackets should I send?
Three to five exposures per angle works best. We can also work from single images.
Can you vectorise a hand sketch?
Yes. A clear photo or scan is enough.
