Is shadow creation included with background removal?
It is a separate step, but we price both together when you order them on the same images.
Can I turn the shadow off later?
Yes. In PSD and TIFF files the shadow sits on its own layer.
How is the price calculated?
Per image, based on how complex the edit is. Every service has a simple, medium and complex price, and you get an exact quote before any work starts.
How fast will I get my images back?
Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours. Large orders are delivered in batches, and rush delivery is available on request.
Are revisions really free?
Yes. If an image does not match your instructions, we redo it at no charge.
